Ok, I just heard Governor Patterson talk about how we have to let Wall Street workers get their huge bonuses because that was the ONLY way the taxpayers would get their money back (because half is taxed). Host asked, “why not get the money from the firms themselves?” Patterson: [laughing] “because they never will.” Proof yet again that we live in United Corporations of America, where individuals suffer huge taxes and Corporations get welfare from the same overtaxed taxpayers. I wish I could rebel, but I’m working too hard.
